Monday-Friday 8:30 to 7:00
Same-day appointments can be booked by calling the clinic.
Walk-in appointments are available starting at 5 pm, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring your health card.
(Due to the limited number of same-day appointments, you will be charged a fee if you no-show for your appointment.)

Prairie Medical Clinic is a full scope Family Medicine Clinic.
It is staffed by CCFP certified Family Physicians who have all completed their residency training here in Moose Jaw.
Our Physicians provide a broad range of care, with sub interests in prenatal and obstetrical care, well child checks, women’s health, men’s health, vasectomies, chronic disease management, geriatric care, minor surgical procedures, sports medicine, walk-in and minor emergencies.
Each of our family physicians has a patient rota they are directly responsible for, as well as providing walk-in availability
should minor/emergent concerns come up for patients of our clinic, as well as others in our community.
Our clinic shares space with Guardian radiology and we have timely access to x-ray and ultrasound imaging. Additionally, we can provide on site testing for minor ailments. We have a fully stocked treatment room capable of handling elective minor surgical procedures, as well as suturing, casting, minor orthopedic reductions, and selective intravenous fluid and medications.
We have a fully updated electronic EMR and have recently added in the availability for online booking for patients who have a family doctor at our clinic.
Prairie Medical Clinic is also a training hub for both medical students and Family Medicine Residents. As each of our current doctors have completed training here in Moose Jaw, our collective team is a firm believer in the importance of training our future doctors here at home in Moose Jaw.
